COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A man who cops say allegedly vandalized churches in Marietta and Kennesaw was arrested by Cobb Police Monday evening.

Police say Clint Vance of vandalized Noonday Baptist Church on Canton Road in Marietta and The Church of Christ at North Cobb in Kennesaw, as well as a private residence between April 29 and May 8.

Surveillance footage from one of the churches allegedly shows Clint spray red paint the outside of a building. His vandalism includes satanic phrases, sacrilegious symbols including crosses with circles around them and lines striking through them.

The Church of Christ was vandalized on three separate occasions, according to Cobb Police. 

The 32-year-old is facing charges for vandalism to a place of worship. More charges are expected from both Cobb and Cherokee Counties.
